Client P family seeking lost son – A man who was blinded in a car bomb in Kirkuk travelled to Turkey seeking medical assistance to help him see again.  Unfortunately the people he paid to help him abandoned him and he died of cold.  The Turkish authorities found him dead.  FIR found his family and returned his body to Kurdistan for burial. The Development Worker was also called upon to help reunite unaccompanied children caught up in the refugee crises find relatives in London.  Islington social services contacted us to help finding the brother of an unaccompanied 15 year old boy who was missing from their care.
